Jaws is the frightening tale of humanity against one of the greatest apex predators of the ocean and became the stuff of box office legend when it debuted in theatres in 1975 to become one of Steven Speilberg’s most praised movies. Now, over 40 years later, STERN pinball takes the plunge to tell one of the most chilling action tales in cinema through the world of pinball.

Jaws was brought to life by STERN Pinball royalty, Keith Elwin. Elwin’s designs have rapidly shot to the top of players’ rankings, making him one of the most consistently revered designers in the pinball world today. The player assumes the role of grizzled old fisherman Quint and his crusade to save the 4th of July on Amity Island from one of the ocean’s most feared predators – the Great White Shark! Jaws’ playfield is a veritable maze of hidden delights and frights, from the motorised shark fin target that ominously emerges from the water’s surface, to the horizontal steering wheel spinner on the boat deck. You can always call for back up from the radio standup target… If you can survive that long! All this is accompanied by the incredible soundtrack of the movie composed by John Williams.
